The Games User Research Group at Microsoft Game Studios has been pioneering the adaptation of usability and psychological testing to the entertainment software field. Their mission is to improve games with consumer feedback using controlled research methods.

Speaking Engagements

If you are attending CHI 2008 in Florence, Italy, our own Jun Kim will be speaking at the conference this year. The presentation will focus on our TRUE (Tracking Real-Time User Experience) methodology and how it can improve product quality. The talk is titled Tracking Real-Time User Experience (TRUE): A comprehensive instrumentation solution for complex systems.
